Jungle Culture

At Zero Trail, we partner with inspiring suppliers who see sustainability not just as a goal, but as a way of life. Jungle Culture is one of those special partners. Their story started with something small—a straw—and grew into a global movement for a cleaner planet.

The Beginning

A Small Straw, A Big Problem

Did you know that 500 million plastic straws are thrown away every year? Each of those straws takes 200 years to decompose and even then persists as harmful microplastics. Jungle Culture was born out of a desire to tackle this problem. Their first product, Jungle Straws, was launched in 2018: reusable bamboo straws, handmade on a small-scale, family-run farm in Northern Vietnam.

These bamboo straws quickly became a hit, with collaborations with big names like National Geographic, BBC Earth, and TOMS. Today, they are the best-selling bamboo straws on Amazon!

From Bamboo to Coconut

A Wider Range

What started with straws quickly grew into a wide range of sustainable products. Under the Jungle Culture umbrella you will now find:

  • Organic coconut shells
  • Bamboo cutlery
  • Safety razors
  • Shaving soaps
  • Wooden cups and more

Each product is made from natural materials and designed in collaboration with leading British designers and talented Asian artisans.

A world full of opportunities

Sustainable and Fair

Jungle Culture combines the best of both worlds. Their headquarters are based in the UK, but they work closely with local farmers, factories and craftsmen in Asia. By regularly visiting their partners, they guarantee fair working conditions, high quality standards and 100% organic production. What’s more, everything stays local: nothing is imported and every sale supports local communities.

Strong Together

A Culture of Connection

What makes Jungle Culture so special is their focus on human connection. Whether it’s the farmers and artisans in Vietnam, or the restaurants and independent brands that sell their products, they create a community of like-minded people who strive together for a sustainable future.
